Description of common errors encountered with Sugi Wallet and Sugi Card
Card not found: Your card could not be found in our system. There are several possible reasons for this, including hardware malfunction or personalization failure. Please contact support at support@sugi.io and quote your card number.
Transaction error: Your transaction was unsuccessful and cannot be found. Please try again and recreate your transaction. If the problem persists, please contact support at support@sugi.io and quote your card number.
Signature error: Your transaction was not signed successfully. Please try again and recreate your transaction. If the problem persists, please contact support at support@sugi.io and quote your card number.
Wrong card linkage: It appears that there is problem with linking this Sugi card to your account. You could be seeing this message because you are trying to use another person’s Sugi Card or because there is an error with linking your Sugi Card. Please check that you are using the correct Sugi Card that is associated with this account. If you are using the correct card and you continue to see this message please contact support at support@sugi.io and quote your card number.
Card save error: There was an error trying to save your Sugi Card data. If the problem persists, please contact support at support@sugi.io and quote your card number.
Sugi API issue: We are currently experiencing some technical issues with our service or carrying out an upgrade. Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, please contact support at support@sugi.io and quote your card number.
Wrong login link: The link you are trying to use is incorrect. This can happen, if the link has expired or has already been used or, if you are using an incorrect card or email to access our service. Please try again using a different card or email that you have. If the problem persists, please contact support at support@sugi.io and quote your card number.
Ripple account does not exist: The ripple account on the receiving end does not exist and the transaction is not sending enough XRP to create it. Please send at least 20 XRP to initialise the account.
